Refund Policy

Ride On VDA is a not for profit organization.  For this reason we can not except any returns or exchanges.  

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at rideonvda@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. 

Exchanges 
Because we are a non-profit business we cannot process exchanges.

You can always contact us for exchanges if and only if your item arrived damaged is the incorrect item(s) at rideonvda@gmail.com.

Refunds 
We do not offer refunds of any sort.  As a non-profit organization all sales are final with 100% profits going directly to our mission.
